Banks are paying close attention to consumers.  In fact, we’ve got financial services clients innovating everyday by working with consumers to solve for “better”.  Better service, better returns, better technology, better convenience – everything banks do, done better.  Consumers are demanding it and banks are listening and working to deliver.

    Hi Jim,

    Unfortunately won’t be in NYC but was keen to here your views on customer insight from a back office perspective.

    We are trying to bring out technology leaders close to the customer. For instance they may visit a Bank Branch for the day and be an observer or sit in on contact centre interactions. Just wondering what sort of activities have lead back office/technology staff, becoming more engaged in the customer experience and driving better customer outcomes.
